Madlen Store accepts your exchange requests for unused products, which are notified in writing within 14 days from the date the products you have purchased are delivered to you. However, since online shopping is made to order, it is not possible to return it. Special orders made at the request of our customers cannot be exchanged or returned.
The products that are requested to be exchanged must be returned as they were sent, free of defects and with their original package / accessories. For defective or defective products, a written notification must be made to Madlen Store within 2 days from the delivery date.
We would like to remind you that the cargo of the products you want to change is your responsibility until the products reach Madlen Store and the return shipping cost must be paid by you. When we receive your return cargo, a confirmation e-mail regarding your request will be sent to you after examining the condition of the product. The exchange process of all justified claims will be completed within 10 working days.
